Bouteille 50cl, merci Thomas. BB 08/2016. Ambrée-cuivrée, col beige. Arôme au nez malté, sucre grillé, voire biscuité, fruité noir rappelable la date et raisin sec. Un peu oxydée. Palais est malté, caramel Munich, fruité noir avec un profil oxydé bcp plus présent, Dunkel biscuitée, amertume noble des houblons avec un fini savonneux. Industriel sans grande inspiration.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a tiny, dissipating white head. Grainy aroma Medium body, malty sweet, I bet there’s some brewing syrup in there as well. A sligt tartness, but close to no bitterness. Typical mass produced Pale Lager. 290616

Bottle shared by Inoven. Clear dark amber to red-brown color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, a hint of chestnut, slightly brown candy sugar. Average body and carbonation.

L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma va in rapida dispersione con bollicine medie e carbonazione bassa. La frizzantezza è costituita da bollicine fini con carbonazione vivace e media. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. La struttura è di spessore. Il dolce è leggero e l’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe e luppolate per una birra ben carbonata. Il finale è di amaro.

F: thin, white, not long lasting. C: golden, clear. A: malty, grainy, grassy, hay, light bread. T: from friend 0,25l bottle from supermarket in Cortina d’Ampezzo, malty, hint of sweet, only decent grassy bitterness, clear refreshing taste, good pale lager as well, light to medium body, average carbonation.
