Can that pours a light golden colour with a frothy warm cap, fizzing away fast enough, leaving a few foamy traces. Straw hay malt smell with some light sweetness and hops. The malt is present in the taste, on the mild side with just enough hops to cut the sweetness and slightly dry the finish. Nothing too special here, but decent micro lager for those who drink the macro crap, can enjoy - without headaches.

(500ml bottle c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours deep brown with basically no head. Aroma of pralines, caramel, moderate coffee, soft vanilla, some cocoa. Flavour is rather light and mineral overall with moderately roasted malts, some cacao, slightly ashy coffee, maybe a hint of fruit, dry nutty toasted grain aftertaste; light sweetness finishing dry and lightly bitter. Thin and watery body with average carbonation. This bottle is ~1yo but I thought it would hold up, so not sure if this is age or just a bit of an underwhelming beer, but I don't love it.
