Herbal, citrucy hops. Grassy, hay like malts. Solid carb, mouthfeel was bang on. Medium bitterness, with some light funk, and a light tart finish with some good hopping on the end.

Tap at volo.
Great hop aroma, loads of citrus, and some light pine. Tropical fruit, and some yeasty notes round out the light cereal malts. Super clean mouthfeel and carbonation. Great crisp hoppy finish, medium bitterness, and an impressivley satisfying beer. Outstanding summer beer.

Clear amber pour, with no head. Aroma of sour apples, touches of citrus funk, and some wet grass. good mouthfeel, but pretty flat. the lack of carbonation is a little annoying. Finish is tart, with more apples, and some more light funk. really swirling the glass brings some of the barnyard, hay funkiness to the forefront, but it’s faint. interesting beer.

cask days 2011.
murky orange juice pour, big bouquet of hops, all kinds of citrus fruit, and some light pine. quite bitter, but very pleasant. a tiny bit of funk, it’s coming through, but i’m not getting much. nice pithy finish, medium bitterness. I didnt find the brett added much, it was there, but it was just hoppy in my opinion. nice offering though.

500 ml bottle, blue wax. Great black pour, with. Beige head. Great lacing. Quite roasty aroma, light coffee, and quite a pungent strong hoppy aroma. The body and carb are dead on. Piney hop finish, with a great roasted malt end. The bitterness really grabs, and it quite strong but enjoyable. I really really like this. One of the best in the style ive had. Thans John!

650ml bottle.
Slightly hazy golden/copper pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, papaya, kiwi, and some sweet citrus. Mouthfeel is medium, and a touch viscous, with a solid carb. The finish is quite bitter, you can tell this is a palate thrasher. Medium to high bitterness, with quite a bit grapefruit pith, and citrus zest. The alcohol is present, but not in flavor, just slightly in warming and body. A nice imperial IPA.

Cask Days 2013.
THick black pour, big rocky, mocha head. Huge aroma of bourbon, and woody barrel, with tinges of vanilla. The mouth feel is super oily, and thick. this beer coats your glass brown. The finish is filled with an imcredible amount of bourbon, and some light roast with a woody, vanilla finish.
