Pale blond colour, hazy, with creamy head, not persistent. Aroma of grapefruit, light honey and flowers. Dry, mildly acidic, dry, and highly carbonted, this is optimal for this hot summer night; it has a peculir astringency in the finish, maybe grape skins.
Pleasant, and I appreciate it having enough character.

Lattina. Il naso rimanda a sentori di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.
