Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

0375 flaske fra lokalt utsalg i Torvehallerne, registrert og nydt i solskinnet utenfor: her er det rikelig med sedimenter, så jeg foretar en nennsom utskjenking som resulterer i et klart, gyldent øl med tett skum som varer helt ned (i mitt pappkrus). Frisk og syrlig (hint av eplesidereddik?) smak med en ganske så annerledes profil. Syrlige urter av ymse slag uten at jeg kan beskrive det tydeligere, men godt er det og det gjester til tranfigelse. En riktig velsmakende overraskelse i Dronningens by!

Cloudy dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of light malt and stale cheese-y hops. Sweet malty flavour with a fruity touch, dusty notes and cheese. Warm alcohol and raw bitterness in the finish.

Jens Dansk Smagning 17/03/2023 - 2022 version, grassy and light citrus fruity, light lemony bite, straw, hay, grass, medium body, balanced sweet and bitter hoppy into the finish.

Jens Dansk Smagning 17/03/2023 - dark sweet and roasted malty, lots of chocolate, some singed brown sugar, ashy smoked roast, smooth mouthfeel and full body, dark roasted malty finish. Good stuff.
