On tap at Sv. Norbert. Pours black with a light beige head. Dark, burnt crusts and roasted coffee beans on the nose. Flavour is very dry, lots of toasted, nearly burnt toast, dry grassy hops. Comforting and refreshing.

On tap at Sv. Norbert. Pours hazy amber with an off-white head. Dry caramel and cracker malts, some dry grass on the nose. Flavour has a lovely malt character, dry caramel, crisp grass and straw. Probably the best amber lager I've had at this point.

On tap at Sv. Norbert. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Crisp cracker malts and tons of dry grass on the nose. Flavour has a great grassy Saaz hop expression, crisp crackery malts, high carbonation. Dry, crisp, and refreshing. Excellent.

On tap at Sv. Norbert. Pours clear gold with an off-white head. Piney hops on the nose with very pleasant floral notes. Flavour has some bitter pine, floral notes from the sakura, some dry caramel malts. The hops feel a bit tired on the palate, but otherwise quite enjoyable.

Can, huge thanks Michael for sharing with me, Fil and the Radobyčice folks! Clear golden body, off-white head. Citric, herbal, grainy aroma, some apple notes. Herbal, dry taste, some apple sadly again, ending dry and bitter. Had better from these otherwise excellent brewers!

Tap at Pult. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Pretty silky mouthfeel, small bubbles. Medium bitterness, moderate woody tartness. The barrel is adding moderate wood flavour and tannins, along with moderate whisky character, not much warmth present though. The base beer is roasty, with moderate coffee flavour, a bit burnt. Overall feeling a bit thin in terms of character, could use more richness. Also a bit unbalanced with the wood bit. Not bad, but not great either.

On tap at the former Klašterní restaurace area, for the Masopust event, with Ryan, the brewers, and many others! Very dark cola body, thick off-white head. Huge, enormous whiskey aroma, vanilla in force. Not much else in there, not even smoke, the whiskey, thankfully quite pleasant, has completely taken over. Huge whiskey in the taste as well, vanilla, raisins, smooth, some mild smoke underneath, light tannins, bit dry, but the base beer appears to be completely, utterly overrun. And I don't mind it, this is a good drink!

Tap at Strahov, the restaurant part, with Ryan and the brewers. Lighty hazy golden, carrying a thick off-white head. Sweetish aroma, malty, citric, herbal, pleasant and fresh, quite classic. Lean, sweetish taste, citric mostly and a bit of resin, with some caramelly maltiness and herbal hoppiness in the finish in the finish. Good stuff!

Murky darkest brown with a stable beige colored creamy head. Loads of toffee, caramel, candy sugar, dry lemon zest, grassy hops, basement notes, wood, rubber. Hoppy zesty bitterness, malty caramely sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty caramely bittersweet finish. Very good tmavý!!
