Can from B&M High Wycombe. Attractive deep mahogany-brown with a thick beige head - it's a looker! Smells of treacle, tastes of treacle, dark brown sugar, fake chocolate syrup, and kvass-like rye bread. It's a bit thin and overall sub-par. It's drinkable, but looks aside it's obvious that you're drinking a low-budget brew here.

2022.09.08 - Strumyk - Kwaskowaty aromat taniego i mocnego piwska. Na początku w smaku nie aż tak paskudne, bo po prostu wodniste (ale na swój, unikatowy (!) sposób), po przełykaniu ostre, nieprzyjemne, lekko goryczkowe. Po kilkunastu łykach, jest po prostu paskudne.

Bottle from Home Bargains, Salford. Deeper golden with a thin head. Ordinary beer with a bit of mint in it. It's slightly herbal in taste for this but otherwise it's pretty much a lower quailty lager styled brew.

330ml can from Home Bargains. Pale gold in colour, with a frothy, white, head, and moderate carbonation. Sweet aroma of sweetcorn, wet cardboard with a floral edge.Flavour was also sweet, with some metallic notes, overripe malts and citrus sharpness, before a moderately bitter finish. Not for me.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, firm creamy head - looks delicious. Strange aroma of artificial candy and higher alcohols. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Caramel and cheap jelly candy. Low bitterness. Mostly weird, but decidedly better than all pastry stouts out, for whatever that is worth.
