Bottle from BrauseSyndikat in Bielefeld. Malty and smooth sweetish caramelly nose. The beer starts very smooth and caramelly. Lots of sweetish-burned caramel, malt, moderate bitterness. Not too sweetish, round and smooth. I like the intense caramel flavour, that fits ideal in the smooth malty body. Very nice and interesting brew!

Bottle from BrauseSyndikat in Bielefeld. Smooth and really fresh floral beginning. Easy to drink, malty and sessionable. The hops are piney with lots of fresh lemon resin. The malty body fits in perfect. Smooth mild and round aftertaste, moderate dry bitter, floral sticky, nice!

Bottle from BrauseSyndikat in Bielefeld. Fruity fresh nose, interesting and yeasty. The beer starts fresh and smooth, nice spicy yeast with a nice fruity body. Coriander is there, orange, fruit. The lemongrass and the chilli are in the background, but all in all is it a great asian-spiced brew. Long fruity yeasty spicy aftertaste, very nice with not much bitterness!

500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Strawy, grainy and minimally fruity aroma, hints of apricot and peach, a minimalyl spicy touch of hay. Taste is minimally grainy pale malty, spicy hints of straw and hay, cautious fruity overtones of apricot and peach, minimally buttery; smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Crafted with care.

Pours chestnut in color from the bottle. A creamy head forms which subsides but lingers as whispy lacing. Aroma is roasted malt and dark chocolate. Taste is bitter dark chocolate up front and transitions directly into a strong sourness that carries into and dominates the swill. Despite the occassional floral note the hops do not quite persuade. The necessary bitterness is there but makes a stale almost acrid impression. Despite a promising start this one fails to develop beyond average.

Yes…
