Description
On August 28, 1865 the Ganter brewery was founded by Ludwig Ganter. In 1877 the Ganter brewery bought the "Alte Ölmühle" area far from the city. Between Dreisam and Schwarzwaldstrasse the production facilities and the stately villa were built. A specially constructed deep well provides the basis for excellent beer to this day: pure, crystal clear spring water from the Black Forest. In 2010-2012 the family invests in the most modern technical equipment. With a clear regional awareness and the desire to hand over the brewery to the 5th generation as an independent family business.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes as 'Ganter Weizen Alkoholfrei 0,0%'. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Very yeasty nose paired with some wort accents. Light body, yeasty and fruity with slight wort accents. No real bitterness. But at least it has the feel of a Hefeweizen. 051224
