Description
L'Alsacienne was born in 1995 in a legendary bar-restaurant in Mulhouse, Le Gambrinus. More than twenty years later, thanks to the dynamism of Christophe Griessmann, beer is being sold to other corners of the planet. Alsacienne recipes only use top quality malt and hops, the yeast in the bottle comes from the refermentation after packaging. Their wide range of beers, strong as a whole, refermented in the bottle, consists of white, dark, blonde and seasonal beers, but always of quality.
