Can @Beershoppe (Rome). Pesca giallona, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note speziate, di arancia candita, pepe, scorza di limone, leggeri esteri. In bocca è abboccata all'attacco con chiusura secca, amara, pulita. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Discreta.

On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, appena velata, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso agrumi, pompelmo, resina, frutta tropicale. In bocca ha un amaro piuttosto marcato, un po' di radice. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Si beve, anche se il taglio amaro a mio avviso risulta un po' sgraziato.

On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso agrumi e frutta tropicale, buona intensità. In bocca bilanciata, succosa, con amaro medio e discretamente persistente, ottima beva. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Veramente ben fatta.

GBBF Day 2. Keg. A light haze on this pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and crisp. Smooth thin pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Floral hops with a decent amount of citrus. Crisp finish. Clean and drinkalble.
