Bottle, BB 2016/12/01 (from Koht). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is fruity, citrus, nettles, lime, lemon, wheat. Flavor is sour and bitter, wheat, lime juice, lemon, herbal notes, nettles, juniper. Finish is bitter with more lime and herbal notes. Drinkability is good, feels more potent than 5.2%. Overall: good.

Bottle (Koht, Tallinn). Pours amber with light beige head. Aroma is hoppy, grass, citrus, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grass, caramel, citrus, malt, pine . Body feels light. Finish is harsh pine and citric bitter with some alcohol. Alcohol is well covered, but drinakability isn’t good, too (dumb) bitter. Overall: drinkable, but too harsh, 3 feels like overrate...

Butelka 330ml (09.09.2016). Piwo klarowne o ciemno miedzianej barwie. Piana srednio obfita w kolorze ecru, dosc szybko redukuje sie do cienkiego kozuszka. Delikatny lacing. Aromat delikatny, lekko slodkawy z nutami beczkowymi, drewnianymi, ciut rumu a to wszystko na tle dynii. W smaku wytrawne, lekko gorzkie, nieco kwaskowe z subtelnym slodkawym posmakiem choc na finiszu czuc takze nuty drewniane i rumowe. Piwo zachowalo pierwotny smak dyniowy a beczka je ulozyla nadajac mu gladkosci mimo sporej wytrawnosci. Pije sie z duza doza przyjemnosci.

Bottled@PBF XI. Black colour, small brown head. aroma is ginger, lemongrass and some slight toasted and herbal notes. Flavour is liquorice, lemongrass, ginger and some slight citrus notes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Lior D. Hazy golden. Aroma of weird leafy and slightly farty hops. Flavor has sweet honey-ish malt, and bitter leafy hops. Medium-bodied. Not good.

Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzyste. Piana beżowa, długo się utrzymuje i ładnie oblepia szkło. Aromat to głównie kawa, minimalna czekolada. W smaku bardzo gorzka czekolada, kawa. Trochę cierpkie. Mocno pijalne.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured black in color with a thick brown head. Aroma has thyme, roastedness, licorice. Ginger notes as well. Flavor has ginger, lemony notes, roasted malt. Don’t really like the added stuff. Hood have been so good base beer on its own.

Barwa złota wpadająca w pomarańcz, zamglone, piana szybko opadająca do obrączki, delikatnie zdobiąca szkło. W aromacie wyczuwalne ziołowe nuty, lekkie cytrusy oraz karmel. W smaku trochę wieje nudą, gorycz na wysokim poziomie, długo zalegająca na języku. Nasycenie na średnim w kierunku wysokiego poziomie. Nic specjalnego.
