Sehr getreidiger Antrunk. Hopfig, mild bitter, etwas trocken, zum Ende hin milder. Rund, gut. 9/10/9/9//9

Butelka 0.5l (16.12.2016). Piwo zmętnione o jasno-bursztynowej barwie. Piana biała, leciutko przybrudzona, obfita, drobna, dokładnie oblepia ścianki szkła. Aromat w pierwszej chwili wyraźnie cytrusowy, chmielowy ale po kilku chwilach gdzieś ulatuje i zostają nuty owocowe, nawet minimalnie przyprawowe, niemniej równie przyjemne. Całość tworzy fajny świeży aromat. Piwo jest leciutkie w smaku choć z wyraźną ziołowo-cytrusową goryczką na średnim poziomie z subtelnym pieprzowym finiszem. Piwo świeże, orzeźwiające, delikatnie owocowe, bardzo pijalne choć czuć malutką pustkę ale ogólnie jest przyjemne w odbiorze.
7.FDP. Piwo zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie, bialo-szarej pianie, niezbyt obfitej ale delikatny kozuszek utrzymuje sie calkiem dlugo. Aromat wyrazny, ziolowy z subtelna nutka cytrusowa, intensywny i wyrazny. W smaku kompletnie na odwrot, piwo jest cytrusowo-ziolowe, lekko owocowe, ciut kwaskowe przy czym bardzo pijalne,dosc rzeskie nawet minimalnie puste w odczuciu ale tak na granicy.

Złota barwa, w miarę klarowne. Piana puszysta, mocno oblepia szkło. Aromat owocowy, wyczuwalna pomarańcza oraz lekkie masełko. W smaku również cytrusy wyczuwalne oraz karmel. Gorycz na wysokim poziomie mocno zalegająca. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie. Piwo samo w sobie niczego nie urywa.

500 ml. bottle. BBF 05/10/2016. I have had coffee in beer & I have had tea in beer but this is my first time having coffee & tea in beer. Since I am rightly convince that Damo Suzuki-era Can is the one the greatest bands ever & the ultimate rock group, this beer obviously made me thing of their song “Bring Me Coffee or Tea” from Tago Mago (you have to listen to it now meaning the whole album!). Pours dark orange with a dark creamy head. Smell – well I haven’t eaten meat in years – this really makes me think of BBQ / baked red meat, raw bacon, weird, smoked tea, light salted water, mineral, almost faint seaweed in a good way,… Very strange & intense. Taste is massively oily, once again thinking of smoked tea mixed with raw packaged bacon even if it has been a very long time, tea, very oily, low smoked tea malts, orange peel, this really makes me think of raw bacon even if I know how that tastes anymore, coffee is either faint or comes across very unusually, there is quite a bit of sweetness combined with the oily smoked nature, toffee & sugar, sugary orange peel, very oily dried apple, low plasic smoked apple coffee if that is the coffee. Very unique & hard to pinpoint…. Crazily oily & game-like but very interesting, partially accessibly to me, very interesting experience.
