Butelka 0.5l (05.10.2016). Barwa ciemnego bursztynu choć wydaje się ciemniejsze dzięki solidnemu zmętnieniu. Piana to w zasadzie cienki krążek koloru ecru choć mimo, że jest jej niewiele wyraźnie zaznacza swoją obecność na ściankach szkła. W aromacie dominują nuty torfowe choć z tyłu atakuje też jakaś nuta dymiona, delikatna słodycz, niemniej wszystko w miarę intensywne i przyjemne dla powonienia. W miarę ogrzewania się piwa coraz wyraźniejsza jest nuta zielonej herbaty, która ostatecznie rządzi w aromacie. Smak to multikombinacja wielu nut ale najwyraźniejsza jest nuta herbaty mocno atakowana torfem, dalej nuty żywiczne ze słodkawym posmakiem na finiszu, jedynie kawy nie czuję. Całość dość wytrawna z zaznaczoną, na średnim poziomie goryczką, taka herbaciano-ziołową, pijalna choć swoją moc ma. Ciekawe piwo choć tyle dodatków nie przełożyło się na bóg wie jaką petardę niemniej warte spróbowania.

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely minerally crisp. Light malts. Light and mildly sweet floralness. Clear Parma Violets! Little floral peach and a touch of orange peel. Touches of sherbet and candy fruits. Nectarine. Mint and a little bretty like bitterness. Bonkers beer! Highly unusual and very tasty.

Bottle, BB 02.09.2016 (from Koht). Pours dark brown with beige head. Small head stays. Aroma hazelnuts, roast, instant coffee, sour milky notes, choclate. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, ash, malt, sour milky notes, Finish is roast-ash bitter. Overall: not really digging the milky notes, but it is drinkable.

Bottle, BB 24.06.2016 (from Koht). Pours black with beige brownish head. The head stays. Aroma is roast, malt, some salty-grassy notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, grass, coffee, hay, malt, alcohol, licorice. Finish is coffee with some licorice. Overall: drinkable-ish, but feels bit off.

0,5L bottle, BB 30.09.2016 (from Koht). Pours golden brownish with whiteish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is grass, hay, caramel, citrus. Flavor is sweet and somewhat bitter, more grass and hay, cramel, malt, some citrus, green tea. Finish has more green tea and citrus and is bit harsh. Alcohol is rather well covered. Overall: drinkable, but I’m just not a fan of grassy hops and harshness the green tea brings.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost no foam. Aroma: burnt, caramel, port wine, flowers, malt, slightly coffee. Taste: burnt, fruity, pine, a bit watery, not bad.

Draught @Pracownia piwa, Krakow. Lightly brown colored brew with a thin white head. Nice tar candy aroma, peat and some tea in the back. Flavor has tar quite strong, black tea and caramel. Long peaty finish. Some fruity hops lingering. Interesting.
