Description
Piwo to dla nas rock’n’roll, połączenie solidnego rzemiosła i zdrowej dawki szaleństwa.
Wychodzimy poza sztywne ramy stylów, eksperymentujemy z ciekawymi składnikami i procesem warzenia.

light amber, caramel and biscuity nose. Malty light body with caramel, but not that pleasant with lingering peach cobbler.

Bottle, BB 24.06.2016 (from Koht). Pours black with beige brownish head. The head stays. Aroma is roast, malt, some salty-grassy notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, grass, coffee, hay, malt, alcohol, licorice. Finish is coffee with some licorice. Overall: drinkable-ish, but feels bit off.

0,5L bottle, BB 30.09.2016 (from Koht). Pours golden brownish with whiteish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is grass, hay, caramel, citrus. Flavor is sweet and somewhat bitter, more grass and hay, cramel, malt, some citrus, green tea. Finish has more green tea and citrus and is bit harsh. Alcohol is rather well covered. Overall: drinkable, but I’m just not a fan of grassy hops and harshness the green tea brings.

Draught @Pracownia piwa, Krakow. Lightly brown colored brew with a thin white head. Nice tar candy aroma, peat and some tea in the back. Flavor has tar quite strong, black tea and caramel. Long peaty finish. Some fruity hops lingering. Interesting.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and crispy. Sweet malts, fair bit of that lactose like sweetness. A little cream. Mild hop spice. Crystallised orange fruits, touch of peel. Piney finish, semi dry. Not bad but a bit heavy on the milky sweetness.

Bottlshare at Mr Smith’s pad. Almost clear deep red- brown beer, thin pale tan head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth and mild dark malts, just a touch of bitter roast. Mild caramel. Lactose like sweetness underneath. Trace of berry fruits. Finishes light and semi dry with some floral bitterness running through to a bitter linger. Not bad.
