Bottle at home.. Dark brown black... Thick tan head... Soft sweet chocolate roast malts nose... Zezty pine chocolate roast malts... Soft woody chocolate roast.. Nice.. No real bitterness

0,33L bottle (from Koht). Pours dark brown with light brown head. The head stays. Aroma is roast, dark chocolate, coffee, malt, burnt notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, coffee, dark chocolate, malt, some acidic notes. Body is on the thin side. Finish is roast bitter with some ashy notes. Overall: ok, roast is bit too agressive-acidic for my taste and there’s not much more going on.

Bottle sample @ Haand fest ’16, Drammen. Ambrée-foncée brune, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est malté, grillé, pointe de chocolat, rétro vert citronné finemetn houblonné. Palais est malté entré sur pas mal de grillé, pointe de caramel, léger choco avec une balance houblonné un peu plus présente, fleuri, zest et herbacé et qcq épices en fin de bouche.

Nice pleasant evening porter.
Almost complete black color with a fine tan head. Good lacing on the glass. Fine mellow intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Unusual and lovely fruity touch in the flavor! Also chocolate, roasted and some coffee.

Barwa ciemna, piana barwy kremowej, mocno oblepia szkło. Po otwarciu butelki aromat iglasto-żywiczny po chwili do głosu dochodzą nuty palone oraz karmelowa. W smaku rządzi paloność, niestety żadnego z dodatków nie wyczułem. Gorycz na wysokim poziomie, długo zalegająca niezbyt przyjemna. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie. Niestety liczyłem na więcej.

Black with medium brown head. Aroma is Overwhelming coffee, which I don’t like. Taste is too bitter and soap maybe?. However silky texture and quite drinkable. No beer for me.

Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is espresso, frappé, burnt wood, a bit milky. Taste is the same, with a hint of sourness. Very silky mouthfeel. Great stuff, it stays light and elegant and still has intense flavours and a good amount of complexity.
