Pint at the brewery - clear amber with a moderate white lace - nose is rich caramelized maltiness - flavor is bready malt, caramelized sugars, raisin, date - there is a slight acidity/tartness that is pretty unwelcome in the style, which is a shame - still a lot of good here, though.

Pint at the brewery - more of a traditional Weissen o-fest - clear gold - creamy head - bready, with light honey in the background - light mineral - background floral hoppiness followed by a light lemon tartness - some malt richness and lingering floral hops on the tongue - itβs pretty good:

Tap. Pours clear yellow-gold, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is grain, noble hop, grass. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Dry and crisp. Light body.

Gave this one a quick go. It's actually not bad. Pours clear yellow, small white head. Aroma is honey, hints of chili, fruit. Flavor is light tart, hint of pepper heat. Some mango and something that is probably the tamarind. Medium light body.

Pint at Second Dawn - perfectly clear gold - frothy head - lively carbonation - clean, crackery malt base - hops are floral, grassy, moderate to medium-high bitterness - bordering on IPL territory in the hop department - tail end has a light honey sweetness, but the finish is firmly bitter, with a light touch on minerality - super clean and crushable.

Pint at the brewery - clear copper pour - clean, moderately bready malt profile - lightly floral hops, bringing a mild bitterness on the tail end - finish is dry crusty bread - easy-drinking, but not quite as complex and rich as some of the better renditions of the style.

Pint at the brewery - clear gold - lively carbonation - nose of honey, pear, light pepper, bright fruity esters, light basement yeastiness - flavor is lightly sweet honeysuckle on the approach, but is mostly dry thereafter - delicate but complex - some grass, straw, pepper, light melon and pear - very mild phenols of clove on the back end - finish is peppery and lightly flinty - they did a good job on this one.

More upfront hop than expected. But the yeasty notes are nice but they're pretty quickly steamrolled by the hops. More like a farmhouse IPA.

10 ounce at the brewery - this oneβs an interesting one - the nose really just smell like its namesake ice cream - the approach is all bright strawberry, but then there is some deep chocolate and mild vanilla - these qualities dissipate on the tail end as it finishes like a lightly roasty imperial stout - watery finish - meh.

Pint at the brewery - hazy gold - drier than usual for a hazy, so there is a lot of juicy fruit character (watermelon, citrus, mango) without any real underlying sweetness, which is a little confusing on the palate - I like this level of dryness in a traditional west coast IPA, but in a hazy it feels weird - itβs not bad, but Iβm not enjoying it as much as I should:
