Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 11.08.2025. A darkest red brown in the glass, one finger pale beige head. Looks good. Malty roasty aroma, some choco and lactose, dried fruits. Taste is also intensive malty, roasty, some pale choco, nuts, some bitterhop and caramel. Long lasting aftertaste with wood elements. A really nice one.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Dark brown body with a thin beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and toffee. Flavour of liquorice and malt loaf. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Rich and well balanced.

Bottiglia.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt, bit sweetish, straw. Light to mild sweet, light bitter. Medium body. A bit simple, okay Helles.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home listening to ByteFM and we warmed up a homemade Chicken Dhansak with a Spicy Rice and Samosas and Nan Bread. Had this Wednesday 22nd January 2025. Pours warm gold, good clarity, good sized white head a little biscuit on the otherwise malty nose. There is a nice balance to this, decent bittersweetness, a pleasant caramel vein, subtle happiness, nice.

Bottle. Interesting story here. I got this one on a vacation three years ago to Virginia or somewhere that direction. My phone had died so I threw the label in my suitcase to rate later. Well, I forgot about it. So, I got my suitcase out to go on a trip and there it was. I believe it was dark and tasted like a good German doppelbock. That's all. TNT

Bottle from lowcostbeer.com, consumed 3 months past BBE. Clear gold with small rather fizzy white head with minimal retention. Aroma is sweet with cereal; notes, hint of bread and light fruit hop. Taste again is quite sweet, grainy, some floral resin, reasonable bitterness with a slight herbal edge. Light to medium bodied but manages to feel watery on the palate, carbonation is ok. It doesn't quite work but is more than drinkable.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with an crispy hoppy taste and faintly hints of citrus. German bottomfermented how it supposed must to be brewed.
