Clear deep brown with a one finger tall ivory-coloured head. Toasted malt, caramel, light roast, dark bread, noble hop. Medium dry. light ending bitterness. Rather a decent Dunkel. But decent.

18/7/2025. Bottle bought at Beers Of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours slightly hazy golden brown with a small frothy white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, bready, caramel. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, slight touch sour. Moderate body, average carbonation. Fair.

Bottle at Moosburg. Murky orange golden. Banana cream, then spices. Soft, creamy. Spices first, then banana - but the good one, not the overripe one.
