Bottle straight from the source, shared at Maakun’s. Clear golden with small white head. Sweet, waxy, long hairy goat, cheesy, and very funky! Nutty and woody dry tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and average carbonation. Super dry and chalky finish.

Sampled at THT July. Thanks to VDuquerroux for the bottle. Thick barnyard notes, dry dusty apple, soft juice, earthy leaves, 🐐, donkey, deep funk, stables, soft pear, light campfire. Light sweet, very light tart and bitter. Almost medium bodied, fizzy carbonation and over medium dry. I’m loving it!

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a misty amber, thin persistent ring of white bubbles. Aroma of fresh fleshy apple fruit. Taste has a soft, scuzzy carbonation, musty apple fruit, not especially full flavoured, though there is a very distant tannic element, and some woody notes. Ok table cider but perhaps a little tired and old unfortunately.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma of lightly fruity perry pears. Light on the palate with fine bubbles, taste presents a medium-sweet character with pleasant, balanced yet unimposing perry fruit. Fairly dry finish. Nice.
