Shaker pint draft at Woodburn Brewing in Cincinnati, Ohio. The pour is a slightly hazed golden with a foamy half inch white head that falls quickly. The aroma is soft floral and cracker malt, clean. The taste is a nice blend of citrus fruit and rind, the floral and a nice cracker backbone. The palate is medium to light bodied with decent carbonation and a softly citrus peel, bitter finish. Easy drinking.

On tap at Woodburn, pours a clear dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of dry toasted caramel and sweet bready malt. Flavour has a deep caramel bready malt character, with a touch of smoke, and bready toffee. Not too sweet despite being a malt-bomb. There's something a bit off-kilter here that I can't quite place. Not bad but could be improved.

On tap at Woodburn, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soft biscuity notes and almost an unfermented wort character. Flavour is dry, with straw, biscuity malt and some bittering hops. It's clean and drinkable but without much character. Meh.

On tap at Woodburn, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a strange mix of banana, clove and peanut butter — that sure is odd. Flavour is very estery, with tons of fruity esters, light clove, and subdued PB. What a bad idea. Not an abomination but definitely a WTF beer.

On tap at Woodburn, pours an opaque filthy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very yeasty and bitter, with lots of filthy, gritty, earthy hops - ugh. Flavour is messed up, with an unpleasant yeast soup character permeating, along with boiled veggies. This is off. Something wrong here.

On tap at Woodburn, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some seltzery, mineraly notes, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour has some sweet buttery notes — yep, diacetyl — ugh, this isn't good. Needs cleaning up.
