75cl bottle shared with Soph overlooking the bay near Locmariaquer whilst waiting for Brasserie Etrille to open. Pours a bronzed amber, medium effervescence. Vibrant fruity nose. Nicely deep caramelised apple tone to taste, some sweet apple pie crust.. great doux overall.

75cl bottle from Brasserie De La Presqu'ile De Quiberon (Zéphyr). Deep gold, hazy, soft to medium carbonation. Aroma is sweet apples, honey, yellow apples peels. Taste is sweet apples peels, bit honey, tarty touch, nice balanced and tasty, enjoyed yet bit more sweet to be great.

75cl bottle from Brasserie De La Presqu'ile De Quiberon (Zéphyr). Light apples, red apples peels, bit caramel, funky touch. Taste is apples, apples peels, bit caramel, medium dry on the palate, medium carbonation, light sour apples aftertaste, nice, enjoyed.
Clear dark golden with some white ring head. Sweet mushy apples, old apples, earthy notes with a slight rubberband note. Sweet on the forefront and harsh dry in the finish. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at home. Clear orange with thin white head. Sweet apples, caramelised apple, sweet paprika, some soft almond spice, wood, orchard funk, waxy goat. Moderate sweet and bitter, crisp tart edge. Medium body and low carbonation. Would have benefited from a little more sparkles, I think. Not very dry, quite some sweetness left.

Bottle from Super U. Clear dark golden. Sweet apples, soft leather, a healthy dose of earthy funk, dried apricots, bitter apple peel and even some grapefruit, dry leaves. Medium sweet and about medium bitter too. Solid medium bodied and medium dry finish with a touch of alcohol. A bit rough, but full of character. Nice.
