"When it comes to the beer it is nice to try something else than the regular lager. It has a faded yellow colour with a massive foam head that I had to wait to settle before trying the beer. The smell is a little fruity and the same goes for the taste. 16/8/2023. Can courtesy of Fredrik. Explosive opening. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, caramel, oaty, floral, hint of honey. Quite sweet, light bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Quite liked it, pyrotechnics aside.

Purchased at Chisholm Market on the north side of Grand Cayman Island. The pour is a slightly hazy golden color with a half-inch off-white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is citrus, malt, grain, and a slight toastiness. The taste was a nice balance of malt and hops, with the malt initially coming through as cereal and caramel, followed by floral notes. The citrus hops were more prominent on the back end. The body was medium, with soft natural carbonation and a dry, citrusy, softly bitter finish. Nice one.

Nonic pint draft at 19-81 Brewing Brewing Co. in Georgetown, Grand Cayman. The pour is a clear amber golden with a minimal off white head. The aroma is a butterscotch, caramel malt along with a touch of floral. The taste is a big clean nut, biscuit cereal malt with a bit of the butterscotch from the nose, along with some mineral and earth. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the sweet butterscotch finish. Nice amber, very expressive.

12 oz can at the Rum Point Club on Grand Cayman. The pour is a clear golden with a limited white head. The aroma is soft floral along with cereal grain. The taste is softly sweet malt, herbal and floral. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and a crisp clean finish. Easy drinking.
