A generic supermarket brand, bought and drank in Menton a few years ago, but did not have a place to put it on RB, as I cold not figure out the brewer. Contains barley and wheat malt as well as glucose and caramel. Slightly darkened blonde; clear, tall, foamy head. Sweet, buttery malt aroma. Slight scent of fruits, maybe citrus. Sweet and oily. Butter/cream flavor. Decent malt. Slight alcohol warmth. Ok hops, but not a whole lot. On the whole it is a little too sweet, but the finish, while remaining sweet, also includes a good amount of hop bitterness. Should have a bit more. Actually a decent beer, though there are none of the earthiness or grass flavors that I like in a biere de garde, and actually, it seems more like a Belgian blonde, but it is nice enough for the cheap price.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, vanilla, sweet apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, vanilla, sulfur notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101024]

clear yellow, smooth white head. aroma of apple, not much else but nice apple flavor is sweet apple, faint sourish note, actually quite okay the low abv considered.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry apple fruity and mild brett. Sweet fruity and crisp apple fruity. Bitter and crisp apple fruity finish. Ends dry.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with no head. Very sweet apple aroma. Light body, very sweet apple notes with some vanilla. That’s it. Pleasant. 241010

Bottled. A dark golden cider with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a sweet finish.
