Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare goldene Farbe. Der Geruch ist schwach fruchtig, wenig säuerliche Äpfel, trocken. Der Geschmack ist sehr süß, leicht vergorene Äpfel, mehlig, leicht zu trinken.

Mouldy apple nose. The cider starts a bit too mouldy for my taste. Fresh ripe apples with a nice fruity body. Easy to drink without being too deep. Ripe apples in the aftertaste, round and full. I think the bottle was a bit too old.

Bottle 250ml. [ As U Bière blonde de Caractère ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, marzipan malt - alcohol warm notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet herbs, biscuit, sweet malt, fruity, light warm alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150619]

Aroma has pear esthers, some alcohol, mild apricot and cereal tones. Flavour has alcohol, pear esthers, some cereal and sticky tones. Dryish and way too boozy. Then again this warms nicely though.

Tart and fruity nose. The cider starts fresh and smooth, nice tart apples with nice tannins there. The body is not too deep, the aftertaste medium long. Like the cloudy version, the cider is a nice balance between too dry and too sweet. Nice fruitiness, easy to drink, round but not too deep. Nice.

75cl bottle, slightly gushing. Fresh and tart nose. The cider starts nice tart and fruity. Lots of apples there, fresh and intense. The body is not too deep but has a nice balance of fruitiness and dryness without being too sour. Fresh tart aftertaste with nice tannins, medium-long, nice dry, great!
