75cl bottle @ the in laws, Christmas Day, Eecke, France. Pours vivid pink, thin off-white head. Aroma bears all the hallmarks of a fruity rosé cidre. Taste backs it up with some fruity red berries and a confident sticky sweetness. A little sugary, but for the ABV this is spot on.

75cl bottle from Auchan. Thanks Auchan. Pours clear gold, small but persistent white head. Aroma is sweet French cider apple fruit. Taste is familiar french sweet cider apples with a light raw orchard fruit feel. Very decent.

Trockener, dennoch fruchtig apfeliger Antrunk mit vollmundigen, leicht holzigen Noten. Die eh nur geringe Süße nimmt zum Mittelteil ab, wenig Alkohol im Hintergrund. Die Trockenheit ist dann schon sehr stark und hemmt die Süffigkeit, dennoch rund, weich. Kurzer Nachhall mit erneuter milder Süße. 9/12/10/12/11/11

750 ml bottle from Liquor Mt. PRetty, deep golden orange, effervescent, goes to lace quickly. Sweet apple nose, some honey, touch of baked caramel apple. Sweet but nicely balanced by tartness and not cloying. Very rich, lovely apple flavor. Not complex, but quaffable and nice.

Clear golden coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of honey, yeast, coriander seed and a big dose of malt. Medium-bodied; Assertive yeast and honey flavours that give way to a malty and rich finish with some grass, hay and definite alcohol notes. Aftertaste shows some of the yeast and coriander seed along with a bit of alcohol, some dry hay and a good dose of honey sweetness on the finish. Overall, a decent beer - better than I expected, yet not an amazing beer by any means, still, good, and given my location - a welcome choice for a decent price. I sampled this very small 25 cL bottle purchased from the Super U grocery store near my hotel in Tahiti, French Polynesia on 14-August-2016 for 310 XPF sampled a few hours later in my hotel here in Tahiti on 14-August-2016.

If this isn’t contract brewed here, it’s fairly cheap for traveling literally halfway (maybe more) around the world. Clear golden coloured body with a large soapy white head and a pale malt and corn aroma. Light-bodied; Super pale and funky malt flavour with a little grain and corn and not much else - water and no alcohol. Aftertaste is bland and dry with the corn and light malt noticeable with little else. Overall, not remarkable, ordinary and perhaps a touch bad, but that’s hard, since it was very watery and didn’t have much flavour at all. That said, it was available at the local supermarket - Super U near my hotel in Tahiti, French Polynesia for 260 XPF for the 33 cL can sampled a few minutes later at my hotel in Tahiti on 14-August-2016.

75 cl bottle @ hotel room. Aroma is a bit acidic and sour with some gastric acid and apples. Flavour has alcohol, some leathery apples and a bit staple remover. Drinkable.

0,75 cl Bottle at Camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Hazy orange golden with active bubbles and no head retention. Fresh apples, appleskin, medium sweet, lively carbonation, little bit dry. No funk, no sour, just sweet apples and some appleskin dryness. Very nice and balanced but also a bit boring. Has a sticker saying "Médaille d’Or Paris 2016 - Concours Géneral Agricole - Ministere de l’agriculture et de l’alimentation".
