Tart fresh apples in the nose. The cider starts a bit watery, nice tannins that are not too intense, fresh and smooth in the mainpart. Not too deep, refreshing and moderate sweet. Appley but not too long aftertaste. Nice low tannins but too weak in body.

Great tart nose. The cider starts very sweet but tart with lots of tannins. Easy to drink, not too long in the aftertaste, fresh, smooth, fruity with a nice appley profile!

Bottle, thx to HenrikSoegaard. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. It’s lightly grainy and fruity on the nose, some sugar notes and herbal hints. Canned peaches. It’s medium to full-bodied, lightly warming and boozy, with pale malts, some spent grains, resins and pine cones. After a while some acetone shows up. Lasting fruity and warming finish. Not very interesting this one, not very good either. 150207

Can 500ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As U Premium Lager ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, light vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]
