About
The Virginia Beer Company is a brewery + taproom + beer garden in Williamsburg, VA. The brewery was founded in 2016 by two graduates of nearby William & Mary, who were joined by a brewmaster out of SweetWater Brewing in Atlanta. Four year-round beers are complemented by a boundary-pushing rotation of limited edition beers including Experimental IPA's, Barrel-Fermented Brett Saisons, and Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts, among many other diverse styles.

Tap at the brewery taproom. Williamsburg Virginia. A hazed brown dirty coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty warming alcohol, brown sugars, fudge, Salted caramel. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, spicy woody alcohol, rye whisky, palate is semi sweet, oily, hot alcohol, highish carbonation. Little hot good.

Tap at the brewery taproom. Williamsburg Virginia. A very clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Juicy peach, grass, light wheat, piney hop. Nelson. Flavour is composed of crisp, light pale grains, piney, hop, grass midget gems. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, highish carbonation.

Flavour is composed of grassy, piney, bark, nutty rustic grains. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation. Mineral, spritzy carbonation. Ok.
