On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Clear golden. Aroma is sweet ripe apple, meaty apple. Light citrus or herbal touch. Slightly tart, slightly sharp. Fresh apple juice. Some white grapes or white wine quality. No bitterness. Finish is dry and slightly tart. Light body, moderate carbonation, drinkable, light finish, slightly harsh hoppy touch.

Sample from bottle at Wild festival. Blackberries on top of a dry watery cider. Feels like a carbonated mineral water with fruit injection. Fun in a way. Light bodied and sparkly.

355ml bottle @ Schilling Cider House, Seattle. Pours a misty gold, welcoming fruity tannic funk on the nose. Good rich tannic character, vibrant fleshy fruit, drying close. Excellent single varietal.

Tap @ Schilling Cider House, Seattle. Pours a lightly misty gold. Aroma presents good mexican agave hints, taste is mezcal with additional floral, sweet spirit notes, some underlying sweet apple fruit. Subtle acidity. Interesting.

Taste is sweetish, and then tart, apple, fleshy, with alittle apple skin and core, and citric notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry clean finish. Quite drinkable cider.
