On tap at Uptown Market. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. A big sweet funky honey nose. The flavor is more of this, very odd, the honey sweetness might be heather, I don’t know, floral and sweet, dry dusty apple. Interesting.

[2/25/15] Draught at APEX in Portland. Nice dark red color. Milky aroma with berries and some apples. Nice tart berries and apples flavor. Nice.

Keg at Ex Novo, PDX, 08/11/14. Clear pale golden with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is fresh apples, straw, woody notes, light sugar. Taste comprises apple core, ligt sweetness, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cider.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is simple, with medium sweet apples. Flavour is quite dry, with dry green apples and a lingering dryness. Not the best cider, but nothing wrong with it. Standard, simple cider.

Cloudy blond color. The aroma is mild but quite nice, it has the three fundamental elements: apples, acidity and and wood. The mouthfeel is off-dry, and weak, as weak is the flavor, into a weaker final. It has an impression of artificial sweeteners.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate sweet apples, with not much notice of the hops. Flavour is uber dry, with dry apples and a modest hop character. Low complexity, with decent drinkability. Acceptable but too dry for me.
