Tap at bier en cider festival Utrecht. Hazy light yellow with white head. Pineapple, sweet fruity hops, light oats and wheat, orange, soft hop pollen, dank fruity and green hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

Tap at Molen de Ster. Murky purple nurple with creamy ring head. Light sweet and mild sour blueberry and blackberry juice, milkfilmy lacto touch. Light sweet and mild sour, moderate bitter. Tap at bier en cider festival Utrecht. Hazy deep red with pink head. Light tart red fruits, blackberries, light earthy, soft grains, salty fruits. Light sweet and sour with light salty finish. Almost medium bodied.

33 cl. bottle shared with Hilde @ Alex and Suus. Hazy orange with a white head. Ginger aroma with some lime. Taste is ginger again with a super dry light bitter finish. Maybe the lime is a bit too much but overall a nice summer saison.

Bottle. Color: Black, long latsing lght brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste: Roasted malt with strong coffee and mocha notes, molasses. Hints of licorice. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. Long lasting bittery coffee finish. Nice.

Black colour. Big dense brown head with good retention. Aroma's: big roast, roasted coffee, perhaps some lactose. Retronasal: roast, green (coffee?) berries, light sweet, bay leaves. Flavour is bitter and moderate sweet. Light medium bodied. Long finish, quite roasty bitter. A bit more body would have been nice, but very pleasant anyway.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of soapy, ginger, yeast and lemon. Taste has nice spicey ginger, sweet creamy lemon, buttery diacetyl, yeast and some weird herbs. Weird, but not bad.

Bottle labeled as Matse. Best before 07-06-2019. Pours dark amber with white head. Quite some depot in the bottle. Sweet malts, dry grass, dry hop pellets, rabbit food pellets, caramel, classic orange peel marmalade fruity, crunchy yeasty, breadcrust. Moderate sweet and bitter.
