Smoke nose. Clear golden, thin head. Smoke. Light body, soft carbonation.Not overly strong or intense, but smoke is really the only discernible flavor.

Fredh split wood nose, lemon zest. Clear amber, thin head. Lemon, menthol. Medium body, soft carbonation, warm. Rather like a cough drop.

Dandelion bouquet. Mostly clear amber, thin head, good lace. Dandelion, lemongrass. Medium body, soft carbonation. Fairly dry, with no Bavarian yeast character.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma is almost bretty, yeast esters, lemon, a hint of floral hops. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, bretty, a bit sharp. Hot. Medium light body. Not terrible, but it seems like a mistake beer.

Tap. Pours hazy golden yellow, small creamy white head , great lacing. Aroma is light, a bit herbal, pledge, almost spicy. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, weird note. Merlin body, lingering aftertaste.

Tap. Pours cloudy brown, small creamy beige head, great lacing. Aroma is definitely herbal, anise, absinthe. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Merlin body, earthy and herbal, chicory. Weird, not bad.
