Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - yellow with a generous lacy head. Very slight haze. Nose - a bit resinous and generally skunky. Tomato plants. Also, pineapple. Taste - more skunky tomato plant with a little bit of tropical trying to peak its head round the door. Palate - creamy and medium bodied. Dry and bitter through the middle and finish. Overall - challenging. The resin dominates the fruit. Not up to this brewery's usually very high standard.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow with a big lively head. Nose - lemon, pineapple and light yeasty funk. Taste - creamy pineapple with a low note of resin or even weed. Sour around the edges. Palate - creamy and tangy in texture. Close to medium bodied, tight, long lean journey on the palate. Overall - definitely interesting. That low note of resin takes a bit of getting used to.
