Description
Founded in 2018, by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, who share a passion for foraging, fermentation and flavour. These two invested everything they had, to build their unique vision of carefully crafted beers with a strong sense of place.

Later joined by Dave Williams as Head Brewer and Lee Calnan as Sales Director, 2020 marked the next phase of development for a small team with big ambitions; to bring innovative, modern farmhouse brewing to a wider audience in the UK and beyond.

By brewing with the very best of local ingredients and alternative techniques that span between historic styles and modern brewing technology, our approach to mixed fermentation and barrel ageing puts the emphasis on balance of flavour and drinkability. Minimal intervention is the key to ensuring that there’s a little bit of nature in every sip.

Cask at Ealing Beer Fest 25. So the aroma is of butter cream and after a warning from bar staff this certainly doesn't taste like one of my favourite cakes. Big and sweet messy flavour. Dark brown.. Thin foamy off-white head. Suprisinly thing. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Does not meet specification.

Decent tartness from the lime, I get more strawberry flavor than pineapple.

Loads of pineapple aroma, flavors are more balanced and not overly sweet. Wonderful, bubbly mouthfeel appropriate for the style.

The more I drink the less I like it. The acidity is unappealing, good cinnamon and cheesecake notes throughout but it misses the mark a bit.
