Description
Founded in 2018, by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, who share a passion for foraging, fermentation and flavour. These two invested everything they had, to build their unique vision of carefully crafted beers with a strong sense of place.
Later joined by Dave Williams as Head Brewer and Lee Calnan as Sales Director, 2020 marked the next phase of development for a small team with big ambitions; to bring innovative, modern farmhouse brewing to a wider audience in the UK and beyond.
By brewing with the very best of local ingredients and alternative techniques that span between historic styles and modern brewing technology, our approach to mixed fermentation and barrel ageing puts the emphasis on balance of flavour and drinkability. Minimal intervention is the key to ensuring that there’s a little bit of nature in every sip.

Keg at Craft Beer Co- St Mary Axe. Cloudy green. Thin white head. Aroma has an initial sherbert sourness. Flavourwise it's sour with light fruit and saline. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Like a Gatorade.

Thursday 16th October 2025. Cobweb tasting session with four friends, almost every beer being very old or just 'out of date' (mostly very old). My place being the venue. Cheers Mike for the 440ml can of this (only one year out of date). Still got it's cherry and chocolate flavours, maybe not bombing so much, but still there! Scored objectively and kindly.

My place being the venue. 440ml can, only one year out of date, cheers Mike. Almost black, with a tanned topping. Peanut flavour (what a surprise), not too sure about the 'brittle' part though. Sweet and 'nutty' from start to finish.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Nose is strawberry jam, vanilla, red cherries, digestive biscuit. Taste is pretty much the same. Long sweet finish. Couldn't have too many of these.
