Canned 10/10/2022, drunk 2/15/2026.
Really gettin' that macadamia in there. Nice and nutty and earthy and rich. Cinnamon augments and adds tasteful spice. Cacao/dark chocolate character adding richness and earth as well. Not chalk full of sweetness, but there's a fudgey background with mild bourbon, as well. No alcohol and doesn't smell intensely sweet.
Nice bourbon up front but there's also a huge, floral, bitter, something. Is that the vanilla? Is that just alcohol? Weird if so, as there was none of it in the nose. Slight lactose mixing with cocoa to give a milk chocolate character. Not too sweet at this point, if it ever was. Body is medium to medium full with more creamy lactose and barrel tannin that actual rich, deep malt. Feels quite strong in the flavor, with a robust warmth though no sharp/hot alcohol on the finish. I think at this abv, I want a bit more expressive bourbon and certainly more malt depth, though it's far from thin or anything like that. The macadamia nuts and interesting chocolate really add a lot of points here, but I could do without the lactose and intense warming character.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a thin cap of an eggshell white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace.
Aroma: sweet coffee, roasted coffee beans, sly dose of dark chocolate, milk chocolate; plenty of maple syrup notes and a touch of clean wafer-like maltiness
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together sweet and roasty, mild aftertaste of roast and maple
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; very smooth along the tongue. Finishes smooth with the maple but not cloying.
Overall: the maple was right where I wanted to it be. Good job, Untitled, I'd have this again.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some tropical fruity tones with floral and piney hops plugging in there too; clean biscuity malts underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly nice into a semi-sweet then underscored by some bitter hop character; mild aftertaste of the tropical fruits
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; fairly smooth along the tongue; finishes semi-juicy and semi-creamy
Overall: a pleasant enough DIPA I believe I could return to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: somewhat a neon blue in color in the glass with a lighter toned blue, maybe sky blue to the foamy head some larger bubbles inside the foam.
Aroma: pineapple sweet and tart tones, subtle coconut, lighter whiff of blueberry, light marshmallow which all seem to blending steadily together
Flavor: mild tart to sour to a light sweet juicy blend of the fruits; clean blueberry-like aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, seems to be leaning towards being a sipper, moves fairly smooth along the tongue; finishes with what comes across more like blueberries and pineapple tartness
Overall: I'm guessing what I was thinking "blueberries" was actually the Acai juice, I guess, well, this was one interesting looking beer.

16 oz. can, pours dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, toasted nuts, some sugars, and gentle barrels. Flavour somehow comes together, with a nice cinnamon character upfront, followed by toasted nuts, cocoa, and some hot woody barrel. Finishes with lots of cinnamon, lactose, cocoa, and hot barrel. A bit thin and too cinnamon-driven, but it’s cohesive and very tasty.
