Bottle shared at RJs brewpub. A boroshordo nem hagy sok nyomot rajta, hacsak nem az -egyebkent kifejezetten potens- tanninokat, amik alaposan atszovik a finist. Kisse olyan erzest nyujt mintha vissza lenne edesitve kisse, az erosen savas alma szinte azonnal atcsap meglepoen edesbe, ami erdekes modon meg csak nem is zavaro, de mindenkeppen furcsa.

Bottle at home. So apprently this cider was aged in bourbon stouts, that previously had held a Moersleutel stout, lets see. Aroma is muted, showing some apples and sulphur, a hint of liquor maaaaybe, there’s definitely some deeper notes in there like oak or maybe bourbon, but it might just be me knowing. Taste is apples upfront, tart and jammy, in the middle taste there’s definitely some bourbon/wood now, not bad, but in the finish it combines weird with the acidity of the fruit. I wonder if this is backsweetened, as it definitely feels like it hehe. Not tragic, but not too sophisticated either.

Pâle, pas de col.
Arôme est frais, bien fruité avec un bouquet parfumé fleuri de poire et un nez suret/aigre qui diffuse tout de même des notes de funk - sauvage dans l'approche.
Palais est assez 'funky' pour un poiret avec le mérite de ne pas tomber dans la surdose de sucre résiduel - fine note acerbe et aigre du cidre avec une pointe de douceur de la poire, le tout garde une belle fraicheur avec un léger floral.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is sour plum with the apple playing second fiddle. Pleased to find some funk as well. Tart and sourish flavour with a little sweetness, dry-ish finale. Refreshing, lots of tasty plum.

Clear light pale yellow cider, small aery irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: apple juice, apple cider vinegar, a bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, malic acid, a hint of vinegar. Aftertaste: dry, funky, a hint of pears, acidic, a bit herbal, ok but not great.

Bottle shared. Almost clear golden. Dry apple peel, massive tannins, toffee, chalk, moss, dry wood. There's a hint of sweetness and sourness, but also tannic bitters. Over light bodied, bone dry tannic finish. This is not really medium, it's more like very dry. Decent.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden, no head. Soft fresh apple, light funky, sweet apple juice. It's juicy but you also really get the kombucha fermentation, it's actually more yeasty than juicy. Medium sweet, light sour. Light bodied. This is surprisingly nice, well done.
