Bottle. Slight hazy golden, no head. Soft fresh apple, light funky, sweet apple juice. It's juicy but you also really get the kombucha fermentation, it's actually more yeasty than juicy. Medium sweet, light sour. Light bodied. This is surprisingly nice, well done.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 July 2024) Hazy pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with apples, citrus, hay and flowers. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, citrus, hay, herbs, flowers, a touch of funky yeast and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Can at home, pale yellow colour, Aroma is apple, honey, yeast, floral, fruit. Taste is apple, honey, fruit, sweet, tart, floral, fruit, alcohol burn in the end, very nice.
