Kleebaum Bier, Flasche aus der Bamberger Bierothek. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase Hefe, leicht brotiges helles Malz, Waldhonigsüße und weiche zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk weich hellmalzig, leicht hefig und mit gar nicht so knapper zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung, die jedoch von zu deutlicher Malzsüße mit Anklängen an Honig beeinträchtigt wird. Milder rezent. Im Abgang geht die süße Zitrusfrucht nur zögerlich in milde Herbe über. - Nicht ganz gelungener Versuch eines fränkischen Kellerbiers (gebraut ... für Kleebaums Keller), zu malzsüß und zwar aromatisch aber nicht hinreichend kernig gehopft. Im Direktvergleich mit dem Steinfelder Hell hat es keine Chance. (3.9.2023.)

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a fluffy head. Grain, hay, malt, lemon zest, bread, dough. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy bittersweet finish. A solid Kellerbier, quite rural, drinkable and round.

50cl Fles van Bierothek Bamberg. Oef, dit is niet best.. Lichtzure geur, boter, boterzuur, mout, appels, iets vegetaals.. Nee dit is een enkeltje gootsteen.
