10oz pour in Pub 70, Seattle on 17th August 2025. Clean and clear golden body, white crown. Citrus flavours with peach being the leading fruit in both the nose and taste. Decent!

Can. Caramel malt aroma with notes of bready malt, toffee and toasted malt. Pours clear copper colored with a thin tan head that has decent retention and some lacing. Starts with caramel and bready malt flavors. Finishes smooth and crisp with toasted malt and toffee flavors. Nice Oktoberfest.

On tap. Pours amber. Biscuit, toffee, earthy, hay, pine, orange. Medium body. Fine.

On tap at Jellyfish, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has toasted earthy malt, a touch of roast, and dry bread crusts. Flavour is way too dry for a scotch ale, with dry bready malt, a hint of roast, and grainy earthiness. Not properly to style. Nothing offensive but makes me scratch my head as to what they were thinking here. Not great.

On tap at Jellyfish, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals earthy hops, resinous hops, toasted caramel, and maybe traces of butter. Flavour brings out orange marmalade, obscured earthy hops, and toasted caramel. Too sweet, orangey, and not the best hop expression. Not my type of IIPA.

On tap at Jellyfish, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some pineapple, plenty of acidity, bugs, and just chaotic floral notes. Flavour does not work — there's lots of acidity, plenty of pineapple sweetness, a touch of chaotic bugs, and some wood. Acidic, sweet, jumbled and disharmonious.

On tap at Jellyfish, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is mostly a function of the coffee - not really getting any Belgian yeast underneath. Flavour is much the same, with sweetened weak coffee and not much else. Pretty lame. This strikes me as “we don't really know what a dubbel is, so let's just pour some coffee into this and see what happens.”

Draft pour enjoyed at Jellyfish. Rating from backlog. Clear, pinkish color with almost no head. Overload of honey and straw like grains here. No lack of flavor, thats for sure. Cherry is there, but the honey and grain is overpowering. A lot going on for the style, and dense. I think I'd prefer the less is more in my light blonde ale here. Maybe the bottom of the keg. Add this to the retry list.

Draft pour at Jellyfish. Rating from backlog. Dark copper red pour with a thin foam. Ripe cherry and mixed berries. Quite the tart sour here. Sourness 7/10. Acidic, sharp finish. Quite an aggressive sour here. Long lingering sour berries. Not a whole bunch of flanders style brewed by the locals here. Fun find.

Draft pour enjoyed at Jellyfish. Rating from backlog. Somewhat cloudy but bright golden appearance. Smooth foam head. Extra cool taste. Almost minty. Unique grain profile, grassy hop constant, a little plastic note. Quite the bitter and agressive finish here on a session. Interesting and unique. Solid if you want to have a few beers, and really taste them at the same time.
