Bottle 33cl. @home poured ito a weizen glass. Murky medium amber colour, fair frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, light banana, cloves. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter, sourish touch, wheat, yeasty, light cloves. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter and sourish aftertaste, dusty notes, somewhat messy but okay.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear medium golden colour, tall and rocky frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, yeast, light lemon, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, yeasty. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, more bitternes in the sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes, light harsh impression, nice.

Bouteille 33cl achetée dans un Jumbo de Maastricht. BB 11/06/2026.
Cuivre trouble, col épais crémeux tenace blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet rappelant l'empâtage; grains et céréales avec un retrait délicat de café et de grillé, léger fruits noirs - pruneaux séchés, cerises noires. Le côté infusion de whisky est assez discret et peut-être un résultat de ne pas utiliser une barrique mais juste l'infusion.
Palais est clairement sur cette approche de double belge - le caractère café reste assez faiblard, effet alcool assez dominant. Amertume en accord avec des notes florales et citronnées, pointe de chocolat noir amer, effet vanille du whisky également faible, fruits noirs sur les raisins secs, cerise noire.

Pint 6e online proeverij, rondje Limburg 5/6, mooie kraag, iets teveel co2, bakje gistdepot komt flink dartelend los in het glas en dan ben ik nog niet eens tot de bodem beland, al met al loop ik er niet mee weg..

Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, alcohol, some roast, earthy notes. Medium body, oily texture, clean sweetbitter aftertaste, herbal notes, cardboard, alcohol, not easy to judge, just nice.
