(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with sourdough bread, hay, yellow apples, orange and juniper berries. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, apples, orange peel, juniper berries, spices and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Elegant and refreshing. Quite nice.

--Bottled at Haket (BB 07/05/21) --Clear copper colour, small head. Cardboard is starting to get the better of bread and juniper berries. Mid dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Pleasantly dry slender, firm malt. Mild spicy hay and juniper berries. Low bitterness. Pleasant beer, but served on the older side.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some sweet malts, mild alcohol, toffee and mild earthy elements. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild , mild alcohol, earth and a wee bit of green apple skins too. A bit yeasty elements too as it warms up.

Can. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a nice white head leaving leaving. Lightly funky, yeasty aroma with some pale malts and a good dash of fruityness. It's quite dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a light bitterness. Pale malts, orange, grass, yeast and dough notes in the flavor. Dry, medium length finish. A decent one, but suffering from the low ABV. 230218

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, murky grayish amber with a tiny, dissipating off-white head. Nose has a hard to define grainyness and alcohol. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, almost completely flat, somewhat phenollic and rustic with some bittering hops. Quite primitive but not unpleasant as such. 130123

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some mild sweet malts with some herbs. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary and mild wooden notes. Simplistic, but doesn't suck like many Kveik beers have done so far.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, mild yeasty and some sweet malts. Flavour is floral, mild yeasty and some slight sweet malty notes. Pretty much like a typical de proef pale Belgian ale. Not that much elements of Kveik or any kind of traditional ale here...
