Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, e arancia rossa.

Bottle from their UK webshop. It pours hazy dirty blonde with a small, fluffy white head. The aroma is toasty grains, damp grass, herbal, coriander seed, bread and biscuit. The taste is crisp and dry upfront, malt driven, snappy biscuit, baked goods, doughy bread, toasty grains, some sweetness, herbal, coriander seeds and a touch of spice with a dry, coriander seed finish. Average body and fine, fluffy carbonation. Drinks fine, although wouldn't stand out in a crowd.

The aroma is soft, sweetish, jammy, dried and dark fruits, cherry, fig, cola cubes, clove rock and a splash of Dr Pepper. The taste is initially dry, bitter - sweet, toasty, dried and dark fruits, cherry, fig, raisin, sultana, fruit cake, touch of fruit compote, lightly numbing alcohol and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and soft, but fluffy carbonation. Decent balance and rather drinkable.

The aroma is soft, freshly baked goods, floury, cracker, grassy, herbal, coriander seeds and green banana. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, toasty grains, spice, clove, grass, herbal, banana split, slightly chalky and floury bread with a drying finish with a twist of citrus. Average body and mellow, prickly carbonation. Pretty alright. Needs a touch more carbonation perhaps.

330ml bottle from Montecassino - Golden body, thick white top. Nose of Belgian yeast, some light estery clove and banana. Taste crisp and refreshing, sweet yeastiness, more cloves. Very good beer.

330ml bottle from Montecassino - Hazy pale orange body, thin white head. Nose has honeyed notes of citrus, wheat and dried fruit, taste is a gentle orangey sweetness, again with a bit of Sugar Puffs at the back end. Decent enough.
