About
Brouwerij Halve Tamme is een Brabantse tweemans micro-brouwerij gespecialiseerd in het brouwen van ambachtelijk speciaalbier. De twee brouwers, waarvan de vriendschap teruggaat tot de peuterspeelzaal, hebben in de loop der jaren een passie ontwikkeld voor speciaalbier. Begin 2015 is besloten om naast het consumeren van bier het ook te gaan produceren. Met originele recepten en zoveel mogelijk ingrediënten uit eigen regio willen zij in eigen beheer interessante, smaakvolle en uitdagende bieren brouwen.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of mid sweet strong dark malt, raisins, dried fruits. Taste of mid sweet and strong dark caramelized malt, dried fruits, raisins.

Aroma has plenty of roasted bitter coffee. In the flavour there's a little fruitiness too. Something like forest fruits. Still loads of fresh roasted coffee bitterness too.

Black with quick fading fluffy head. Aroma isquite bitter and roasted. Flavour is nicely bitter. Light caramel sweetness in the finish. Aftertaste gives a final whack of bitter coffee.

Black with no head. Aroma has a little coconut and wood. Flavour has sweetened coffee. Caramel, dulch de leche. Slight spicy boozy heat. Sweet vanilla.
