On tap at Threefold. Pours murky dull orange with a white head. Tons of tangy NZ hops and some berries on the nose. Flavour has blueberries and a nice tangy, fruity NZ hop character. There's a bit of a murky yeastiness that I could do without, but otherwise pretty solid.

On tap at Threefold, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is milder than expected, with plenty of that tangy NZ hop character upfront and little else detectable. Flavour has minimal hopburn, with plenty of NZ hop tang, no real tartness or fruits. Just a nice gently NZ-hopped pale. Good stuff.

Poured from 473mL can (side by side w/Separation of Church). Murky pale blonde with white head. Lots of gas fumes, tropical hops, gooseberries, not nearly as yeasty as Church. Significantly prefer Skate over Church. Decent.

Poured from 473mL can (side by side w/Separation of Skate). Murky pale blonde with full white head. Dry subdued floral and citrus hops, quite yeasty, average.

Opaque, fluffy head. Medium bitterness, nice stone fruit and bright citrus from the NZ hops. Good. The malts are a bit weak, and that affects the balance a bit. But it’s not bad.

On tap at Threefold, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is massively dank, with huge pot-like hops that swamps any typical Nelson character. Flavour is more expressive of that Nelson, with plenty of hop tang, huge pot-like dankness, and barely any of the usual hazy nonsense that ruins these styles. It’s pretty abrasive though, which limits the drinkability. Good experimental dank hop bomb.

16oz shared with Alex (thx!) @ 🏑
Aroma: tropical fruits, flowery, peachy, quite different from the Skate version.
Taste: along the same lines, flowery, a bit citrusy.
Overall: interesting and quite unique.

Greyish opaque, bubbly head. Medium malt, sort of a bluebery hop note. Medium body and just moderate bitterness.

473 ml can. Pours an opaque yellowish white with short head. Aromas of melons, pithy lemon, a bit of pine and a lot of wheaty malts. Flavors follow same but hops come across as Lupulin powder. Nope…
