On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is all marijuana, with mega-dank hops underneath. Flavour is pure pot oils, dank hop oils, and chalky stone fruit juice. Totally unpalatable nonsense. Egregious.

Hazy gold, white head . Grassy nose, notes of noble hops. Starts sweeter than expected, then fades into medium noble hop spicy bitterness

16oz during spontaneous mini-tasting @ Ryan's.
Aroma: veeeeeery dank and weedy.
Taste: along the same lines, car exhausts territory. A bit watery, but it's not a surprise considering the ABV.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg Apr 15, 2026). Murky blonde gold with white head. Lots of weedy terpenes on the nose, taste is mild terpenes and tropical hops, a creamy base, slightly subuded. Okay. On par with last year's version.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed gold with small white head. Grassy hops, base is like a cross between a pils and a hefe, slightly bready, not what I was expecting, but don’t mind it. Gets some feint phenolic notes as it warms.

On tap at Threefold. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Nose is dry and grassy, some Saaz-like spiciness, cracker malts. Flavour is dry and well-hopped, dry grass, gentle spiciness, a touch of pine. Malts are clean and dry. Solid pilsner.

Slight haze. Thin head. That aroma brings tears to my eyes…fucking onion city. Hop burn, too. Like they were tasked with making a prime exemplar of everything that’s wrong with hazy IPA. Clinical. The best part is reading after the fact that it's supposed to be a west coast IPA. Like...have you ever had a WC IPA before?

Dullish opaque. That heavy strata won’t be for everyone…mix of allium and hing. But that’s working for me. Moderate bitterness. Similar hop note. Malt base is weakish but the dipa alcohol helps here a bit.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has some spicy Saaz-like hop expression, herbaceous grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Flavour is bright and crisp, again with a nice Saaz-like spiciness, crisp grassy hops, and dry biscuity malt. Indeed like a hybrid of a German, Czech and new-school pilsner β€” maybe more Czech than the others with the nice spiciness. Well-structured, very drinkable, but maybe not the most biting or interesting in hop expression. Good stuff.
