Clear 750 from Press then Press' online bottle club. Always a fan of grapes in my cider & this brand had already proved not to be a complete fuck up. Mojito glass at home. Cakey bottom but still a bit hazy despite weeks n the fridge. A pale plum/watermelon sort of color, popping the cap agitated something & it got yeasty & dark really fast. Quick hitting, bleached soda head. Still active. Sweet, fruit punch-like nose. Apple pineapple-cherry-orange-grape mellow cocktail scent. Yeasty, bittersweet apples, nicely astringent, with a mild, blended, cherry-grape background. Yeasty, minerally, slightly sulfite-y, uneven but consistent carbonation. Medium but low-key acid, tartness much less so. Second push of astringency is good for me. Overall flavor is a bit murky & punchbowl. Always prefer a sharper bite. Solid drinkability when cold, it starts to fall apart into individual pieces near the bottom like a watery cocktail. Good though.

Clear, 12oz single from Press online. Pint glass @home. Dusty, but see-through, pale straw gold with an overachieving soda head. Second pour is plenty disturbed & hazy. Sugary, melon, orange, strong floral nose; like marigolds. Powdered dip sugar, watery fruit skin tannins, green peach, muscadine funk, faint barnyard, dry & floral finish. Crispy, thin, a little yeasty, strong acidic finish. Pretty good.

12oz, clear single from Press online. Two weeks in the cage. Pint glass @home. Peachy orange, faintly hazy. Big head settles like soda. Yeasty, orange-passion fruit-grape skin nose. Yeasty, orange-grape skin, bit of acidic bite, muscadine/plum hairiness. Earthy, softly sweet dessert pears, sharp booze, weak Aspirin, mellow carb, weak pith on the finish. Too yeasty. Tis okay.

355ml medicine bottle from Press online. Stemless wine glass @home. Hazy, active, pale, chalky yellow pour. Saline nose, dry-earthy-spent apples, subtle nutty oxidation, drop of vinegar, non-descript astringency. Crispy, gentle lemon-lime soda, medium vinegar sweet & tangy pie apples, husky skin, restrained spontaneity, wood, citrusy sharp & aresol-y, astringent finish. Middle high acid, bold sold carbonation, dusty texture. Kinda good.
