From tap. Pours slight cloudy orange with a creamy white head. Solid citrusy barnyard aroma, tart and acidic. Smooth and light flavoured beer with a lighter barnyard touch and mild dry wooden brett note. Light finish with a lingering citric and wooden finish. Nice and easy.

From tap. Pours hazy deep redish with a fully gone head. Tart raspberry and vinegar like aroma even from a distance. Nice fresh raspberry flavour with a dry and tart vinegar-ish flavour. Dry and raspberry lingering finish.

From tap as Framboise. Pours clear red with no head. Aroma is solid raspberry. Tart, citric and juicy raspberry. Lingering fruity and dry to citric raspberry flavoured finish.7-4-8-4-15

From tap. Pours orange and cloudy with a fully gone head. Aroma is tart berry and brett. Bone dry in both aroma and flavour. Dry and acidic with a nice redcurrent berry fruity flavour. Smooth and dry finish. What a pleasure to sip.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a creamy and almost white head. Aroma is rather hoppy with mild spiced wit accents hidden beneath. Light tea flavoured hops in the first impression. Sweet fruity and mild wheaty base flavour following. Light bitterness and dry finish. Interesting and quite different.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a diminished white head. Baking yeasty and dense hoppy aroma. Flavour to is quite yeasty although with an extremely dominant hoppy simcoe flavour and bitterness. Bone dry and hoppy burning finish. But something went wrong with the yeast in this one.

From tap. Pours pitch with no lasting head was chocolate brown for a while. Dense roasted malty with a solid chocolate malty note. Smooth chocolate and roasted malty flavour with a nice fruity flavour with a solid sweetness. Almost cloying sweet. Nice for sipping though. Lingering roasted malty finish. Way too sweet.

Tap at EBF Copenhagen 2008 ... Rushed rating at while waiting in Que for one of the Festival Specias releases. Golden .. big amerivan citrus hop nose ... little sweet very hoppy. not my thing.
