Bit hazy pale straw with no head. Light glue, spicy pear, sweet apple, vinegar, vanilla, gooseberries, elderflower, sourdough. Medium sour, less sweet. Medium bodied. Not horrible, but too much glue and vinegar to be enjoyable.

Bottle at home, golden colour, no head. Aroma is cider, tart, apple. Taste is the same, sweet, tart, apple, hint of tea, dry, not bad

Hazy pale yellow with, white head. Celery, parsley, citrusy cleaner, pear drops. Sour and a bit weird. Not the best.

Bottle shared. Hazy pale straw with small white ring if bubbles. Quite herbal, brussels sprouts, parsley, celery, dry per skins, lime, soft smoke, peppery. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. All the celery and parsley is quite weird, it's refreshing but not great.

Thanks Maakun! Hazy pale straw with no head. Lemon, golden kiwi, sour green apples, hard pear, baking soda. Quite sharp acidity. Medium body, quite strong carb. Nice to try, but not very easy going.

Bottle. Almost clear pale straw with short lasting white head. Massive fresh oak up front, tangerine, dry apple, green apple, light mineral, flowery oak. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry. A lot of oak, but also quite fruity. Pretty good for a Dutch cider.

Very refreshing, cool rough weather apples, crisp with a bite, some twigs, light herbal bitter edge that suits very well. Medium body, soft carbonation.
