Bottle, 5.2%. Mild spicy aroma, no banana to speak of. Cloudy yellow colour. Big semi-stable white head, less stable than expected from a wheat beer. The flavour is sweetish with a mild bitterness to balance. Slightly spicy like the aroma, and also no banana here.

Bottle, 4.7%. Clear very dark brown colour, red shine. Big stable tan head. The flavour is a bit roasted. A little dust, perhaps even cream, in the finish. Atypical for a German Dunkles with hard roasted malts, perhaps even some barley bitterness.
