Half pour at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is an opaque brown black ruby garnet with a well formed half inch tan head. The aroma is roasty, slight char and pine, The taste is the roast malt, soft char, then dark chocolate, pine, mineral and earth to the back. The palate is medium bodied with bright carbonation and the clean char pine bitter finish. Nice Stout.

Half pour at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is big malt, citrus bitter hop and pine. The taste is a nice blend of the round caramel malt and the sweet fruit orange, the bitterness of citrus peel and finishes with a touch of alcohol heat. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with a soft natural carbonation and a mildly boozy bitter finish. Solid.

Full pour at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a foamy one inch white head that falls quickly with foamy soapy lace. The aroma is big fresh citrus hop, nice fresh cereal grain. The taste is a nice blend of the round citrus fruit, soft orange peel bitterness, balanced with the malt grain. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering dry bitter finish. Easy drinking Pale, very fresh.

14 oz Goblet draft at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear copper bronze with a 1/2 inch off white head. Nice lace coats the glass as the beer drinks down. The aroma is grapefruit, grapefruit peel, and fresh grass. The taste is fresh and clean grapefruit and grapefruit peel hop notes, soft citrus and a grass hay malt that carries the body. The palate is medium bodied with lower carbonation and the bitter grapefruit tart peel finish. Tasty IPA.

16 oz can purchased at Rockcreek Brewing in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a mostly clear brownish copper rust with a ½ inch fizzy tan head. The aroma is cereal malt, a bit of apple, and some muted citrus. The taste is chewy cereal malt, soft spice, vegetal earth and a whisper of the citrus towards the back. The palate is medium to light bodied, natural carbonation and a dry soft mineral and earthy finish. Decent.

16 oz can purchased at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a very hazed orange golden with a foamy 1 ½ inch white head that is quite lasting. The aroma is citrus grapefruit, fresh bright hop, along with grassy grain malt. The taste is bright fresh hop right away, the grapefruit citrus, nice fruit, bitter rind and the grassy and grain of the malt through to the finish. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered, bright clean finish with the grapefruit citrus and bitterness of the peel. Really bright and fresh, I liked this a lot.

Dimpled mug pint draft at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear brown copper with a nice foamy light tan head. Pretty pour. The aroma is toasty malt, light hazelnut, grass and more of the fresh malt. The taste is clean fresh nutty malt, sweet, soft toast and a faint roast finish with a bit of earth and mineral. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the sweet malt grass finish. Solid.

The taste is clean fresh nutty, soft roast, grass then finishing with more toast and the crystal malt. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the earthy soft roast finish. Nice Mild.

16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a chill hazed golden with a foamy, lasting one inch white head. The aroma is citrus lime, grassy pine and cracker malt. The taste is fresh clean cracker malt, with immediate lime citrus hops, and the pine providing bitterness towards the dry finish. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and bone dry pine hop and mineral finish. Tasty IPA, right up my alley.
